Swimming

LI: Kick using our muscle in our leg.

we did stream lines and we had to have a straight body when we swim and we had to have our arms behind our ears and face down. Then we used the paddling board to help us with our kicking in the water and we had to have our face in the water. then we swam with the board facing up because it makes us go slower and then we had to swim with our stomach touching the floor of the pool and try and get as far as I can.
