Antonyms are words with different meanings for example blunt and sharp.There was an activity for all of us we had to replace the underlined words with the opposite meanings.

How to write a diamante. We had an activity to do we all had a choice of for different poems diamante cinquain limerick and Haiku poems and I chose diamante then we all went off to write our own poems
There was a game for each poem where  we had to come up with our own poems about feelings. the feelings that I chose was happy and sad.

A synonym is a word that is the same but explains more detail.

Like: The dog is a cool pet)-The dog is a excellent pet. 
It makes more sense.

How to make a contractions for example you need to words like he and is then you put them together and and add an apostrophe like this he’s.
We had to rewrite the sentences  and add the right contractions to make the sentences shorter.
Next we had to change the words and change it with a contractions like this who is and who’s

Capital letters and Full stops

L.I:  is to use full stops and Full stops in our writing.
To put full stops and capital letters in the right place
By using capital letters and full stops in a sentence for example Jim went to the shop.He bought ten apples.

Full stops
    • Fred has a dog the dog is called Ned. ​Ned is brown with white patches and a ​white face. Fred likes to play with Ned. ​Ned is naughty. if Fred throws the ball ​Ned will catch it in her mouth Ned runs ​away with the ball she will not bring it ​back. Ned will walk on her lead if Ned is ​not on her lead she will run away. Ned ​likes to chase cats and rabbits she digs in ​daddy’s garden mummy takes Ned for a ​walk to school to collect Fred. Fred loves ​to see Ned after school. Ned loves to see Fred too.
