H.I.T High Intensity Interval Tranning

LI: To work out and stay healthy.

The first thing we did was push ups we had to put our knees on the ground and we had to push our body up we had to slightly go down and then come back up and do it again than our partner had to do the same thing. The next work was called mountain climbers we had to hold on to something and we had to try and get our knees touching our arms we had to do it very fast. then the last thing we did was pull ups we had to hold onto a stick and then pull our self up we had different grip we used them so that it could be easier for us to pull up our self.
